Gianni Oliva propone una serie di immagini ambientate in un luogo del mondo dove ogni fotografo prima o poi sa che dovrà recarsi: l’India. I colori, i volti, i movimenti, gli sguardi ripresi da Oliva si fanno sinestesia e riescono a riportare all’osservatore profumi e suoni. Un classico del reportage di viaggio che non si è mai stanchi di scoprire. 

Gianni Oliva presents a series of images set in a part of the world that every photographer knows sooner or later they will have to travel to: India. The colours, the faces, the movements, the glances captured by Oliva are synesthetic and manage to bring to the observer both scents and sounds. This is classic travel reportage, one that we never tire of discovering.
