A photographic project that will appeal to those nostalgic for Nuovo Cinema Paradiso. Taking as his starting point the disappearance of small cinemas, Bortoluzzi reflects on the memory left by those magical places and focuses on the only survivors of that era, the chairs. They are the undisputed protagonists of this series of photographs, silent witnesses to so many films and so much life. Because cinema represents dreams, but while one dreams, cinema is a witness to life. The result is a work that traces a period between the Twenties and the Eighties, with the participation of famous directors who have recounted their emotional memories linked to cinema.
