Born in 2003, the international year of water, the Abstractwater project brings together different inspirations such as Monet’s natural impressionism and the visible rendering of the invisible by Franco Fontana. The operation carried out by Susi is that of giving form and color to water: by photographing the flat or rippled surfaces on which world and life are reflected, Danilo Susi succeeds in giving body to an element that is colorless and amorphous by nature.
