Despite the fact that the dichotomy between nature and the city is apparently oxymoronic, by going in depth we can see how nature always finds space in the places left free, forgotten, and empty by man. The photographers of the Fotoclub Il Sestante have immortalized nature as it makes its way through silent journeys: a plant growing in a crack, an animal peeping out within man’s domain, a branch cutting through architecture. Because nature, through its ancestral rules, reminds us that chaos always exists.
