Photography is, as its very name suggests, created by light, but to steer light in the right direction, to achieve a precise project, it needs to be mastered with skill. With this new work, Kim Dupond Holdt succeeds in his intention: those who observe his works are not prompted to ask themselves how the author managed to achieve these results characterised by an abstract geometricism starting from the places photographed, nor to wonder what they are, but let themselves be surprised by the magnificence of the forms, thus rediscovering the wonder that true photography has always been able to arouse.
