The two exhibiting photographers – who are also actors in a wideranging research – represent, through rarefied atmospheres and evocative environments, what they no longer recognise in the city. Through Mariani’s photographs and Capellini’s more material works, the two artists project the turmoil of their souls, in search of something that is perhaps, in the cities that surround us, much harder to find.
