Milan is endowed with a hidden beauty that demands a searching effort from those who seek it out. Albano, Aloi and Manenti do so with an acute investigation, each using their own distinctive style, alternating the audacity of some compositions with the only apparent serenity of others. The architecture of the new city projected into the future is juxtaposed with glimpses of that everyday life that retains its own particular poetry. These aspects are articulated in an itinerary that develops in the shop windows of commercial activities, is recalled in the spaces of the Vigentina Library and concludes in the foyer of the Teatro Carcano.
