Symbology immersed in a poetic dimension: thus Romana Zambon chooses to express life. To do so, she relies on origami, the oriental paper folding art which – as it starts from a flat base to take on a variety of shapes – has been used to represent the life cycle ever since it was invented. Zambon, in turn, starts from a tranquil, reassuring landscape that she changes and disassembles while preserving its uniqueness; it becomes a screen on which we see shapes in the guise of sudden apparitions.
