Overtime is the reportage of an encounter between cultures, languages and people.

It took place on a soccer field, but the relationship was also formed elsewhere: among the communities of Zone 8 in Milan, the community centers, the schools. More than words, sport is able to foster an immediate and transparent relationship thanks to the involvement of body, mind and emotions. The participants are foreign minors, some of them recent immigrants, others born in Italy. Photography is not only a testimony of these relationships, but it is also an instrument of identity appropriation: for the children it was an opportunity to build their own visual and linguistic dictionary.
