On display, about 50 black-and-white portraits taken during a workshop aimed at the residents – people in need or undergoing hardships – of the Centro Sant’Antonio dei Frati Minori. The workshops sessions led to highly impactful images, both aesthetically and as to significance. Beauty, joy and dignity shared by all human beings, regardless of individual vicissitudes, debunking the common image all too often associated with the poor and the homeless. An exhibition based on the recurring motif of human value rather than rhetoric.
