Heart is the new project that adds to the now long list of works – from Pinocchio to the Odyssey, from Alice to The Betrothed – that for years have been submitted to the students of the Italian Institute of Photography so that they could each interpret them according to their own sensitivity and the most suitable expressive tools. The challenge with Heart was to compare situations, values and feelings far removed from time in order to reread them in a contemporary key, filtering them through the sensitivity of today’s young people and dwelling on the role of education and school in such different societies.
