“Solo con particolari condizioni di luce, quando c’è la neve in montagna, si annullano le ombre, e perdi completamente l’orientamento, c’è silenzio e tutto appare come sospeso”. Ed è in questo preciso momento che il fotografo Vasco Dell’Oro ha fotografato i paesaggi innevati: per restituire i grafismi della presenza umana o naturale sul candore della neve, per riproporre quello stato di quiete, di sospensione e di silenzio ovattato. Una serie fotografica che è un’immersione nella purezza della luce.

“Only with particular lighting conditions, when there is snow in the mountains, the shadows are canceled, and the orientation is completely lost, there is silence and everything seems to be suspended”. And it is at this precise moment that the photographer Vasco Dell’Oro has photographed the snowy landscapes: to restore the graphisms of human or natural presence on the whiteness of the snow, to re-propose that state of stillness, of suspension and of muffled silence. A photographic series that is an immersion in the purity of light.
