Pier Paolo Fassetta da anni riflette sul concetto di ambiente: la sua ricerca lo porta a indagare gli spazi, a osservarli, a ricostruirli, a rappresentarli per dare forma al concetto di precarietà, transitorietà spaziale e temporale. Spazio e transitorietà sono alla base della serie fotografica “I luoghi delle presenze”, intese come umane, passate e che ora non sono più, luoghi dove la presenza è l’unica manifestazione di lucida consapevolezza dell’esistere.

Pier Paolo Fassetta has for years been reflecting on the concept of the environment: his research leads him to investigate spaces, to observe them, to reconstruct them, to represent them to give shape to the concept of precariousness, spatial and temporal transience. Space and transience are at the base of the photographic series “The places of presences”, understood as human, past and now no longer; places where the presence is the only manifestation of the lucid awareness of existence.
