Ci sono parole che non si sentono, ma che si vedono perché volano come farfalle. Sono le parole non dette con la voce ma con le mani. Questo reportage nasce alla Scuola Cova di Milano ed è la storia di Kristian, un adolescente albanese che fin dalla nascita ha dovuto affrontare le difficoltà di chi nasce sordo. Ma è soprattutto il racconto di un percorso artistico e di vita che vede, oltre alla figura del ragazzo disabile, l’amore, la competenza e la professionalità della sua Assistente alla Comunicazione, Erminia Sciacca.
Sua infatti l’idea di raccontare il percorso formativo di Kristian per mostrare come anche godere delle piccole cose significa vivere.

There are words you can’t hear, but that you can see because they fly like butterflies. These are the words spoken not with the voice but with the hands. This reportage was born at the Cova School in Milan, and is the story of Kristian, an Albanian teenager who, since birth, has had to face the difficulties of deafness. But it is above all the story of an artistic and life path that entails, in addition to the figure of the disabled boy, the love, competence and professionalism of his Communication Assistant, Erminia Sciacca.

Hers, in fact, the idea of telling the story of Kristian’s educational process to show how even the enjoyment of small things means living.
