Quella operata da Lo Buglio è una riflessione sulla tecnica fotografica in senso stretto. In mostra ci sono infatti fotografie realizzate con tecniche differenti che mostrano la matericità della fotografia e insieme le metamorfosi che essa ha vissuto: dalle fotofanie digitali, che non diventano fotografie fino a che non sono stampate su un supporto cartaceo, alle pellicole fotografiche scansionate, che diventano fotofanie e appaiono solo su un monitor quando il computer è acceso. Un percorso che indaga ciò che succede dopo che la fotografia è stata scattata.

The one operated by Lo Buglio is a reflection on photographic technique in the strict sense. In fact, there are photographs taken with different techniques that show the materiality of photography and the metamorphosis that it has experienced: from digital photofrays, which do not become photographs until they are printed on a paper support, to scanned photographic films, which become photophones and appear on a monitor only when the computer is turned on. A journey that investigates what happens after the photograph has been taken.
