Orietta Bay rallenta: ferma la velocità che ci circonda e che investe anche la comunicazione visuale e riflette, si prende il tempo per guardare, per scegliere, per attendere. Esce dalla raffica di informazioni e ritrova il piacere della scoperta e dell’immaginazione, in senso quasi meditativo. Le sue fotografie, una selezione di 15 immagini, sono realizzate attraverso la tecnica del foro stenopeico, la stessa che ha visto la fotografia nascere. 

Orietta Bay slows down: she stops the speed that surrounds us and that affects visual communication and reflection, she takes the time to look, to choose, to wait. She pulls away from the flurry of information and rediscovers the pleasure of discovery and imagination, in an almost meditative sense. Her photographs, a selection of 15 images, are taken using the pinhole technique, the same one that saw the birth of photography.
