Il fascino per ciò che è nascosto ha sempre fatto parte della nostra cultura. Giovanni Alfieri, spinto da questa pulsione, ha visitato le strade su cui noi camminiamo ma da un altro punto di vista, realizzando un lavoro che è reportage, documentario ma anche analisi dei consumi. Osservando da vicino luoghi che approvvigionano servizi alla città, ma di cui noi non percepiamo l’esistenza. Un affascinante viaggio che scruta “l’altro lato della luna”: l’AEM, il Duomo, la metropolitana, il Castello, le fognature e molti altri luoghi celati.

The fascination with what is hidden has always been part of our culture. Giovanni Alfieri, driven by this impulse, has explored the roads on which we walk from another point of view, creating a work that is part reportage, part documentary- and partly an analysis of consumption, by closely observing places that, although we do not perceive their existence, provide services to the city. A fascinating journey that looks at “the other face of the moon”: the AEM, the Duomo, the subway, the Castle, the sewers and many other hidden places.
