L’esperienza maturata nel mondo della pubblicità e della comunicazione influenza i progetti di Stefano Romor che, come in questo caso, sono ambientati negli spazi metropolitani di cui colgono gli aspetti più spettacolari in riprese audaci stampate in bianconero. L’autore, però, non si limita all’aspetto realistico che pure apprezza. Così, con un rapido spostamento semantico, introduce figure inedite che animano le scene con improvvise apparizioni come quella dello sciatore che percorre un edificio in discesa o contamina le riprese architettoniche con coloratissimi personaggi dei comics come Spiderman che salta fra i grattacieli o Gatto Silvestro che spunta dallo zaino di un rider.

The experience gained in the world of advertising and communication influences Stefano Romor’s projects which, as in this case, are set in metropolitan spaces, the most spectacular aspects of which are captured in bold shots printed in black and white. The author, despite appreciating it, does not however limit himself to the realistic aspect of the scenes. Thus, with a rapid semantic shift, he introduces unusual figures that animate his frames with sudden appearances, such as the skier going downhill on a building, or he contaminates the architectural shots with colourful comic characters such as Spiderman jumping between skyscrapers, or Sylvester Cat popping out of a rider’s backpack.
