A world investigated with a style made of observation, questioning, and deep investigation that moves on surfaces denying them in their appearance but enhancing them in their essentiality. The diptychs dialogue on the terrain of space rather than time. Stein allows those who observe her photographs to share in their meaning, because each work acquires its own authenticity partly through the encounter with others who investigate it, appreciate it, understand it.
