The drama of layoffs. The lack of liquidity. The transformation of production processes. Anger towards institutions. But, at the same time, the hopes for change, the opportunity to rethink the business. And above all the dignity of work, the solidarity, the awareness of being a community, more than yesterday. These are some of the themes emerging from the interviews and photographs taken from the days of the lockdown in April 2020 by some of the CNA photographers, aiming at document the life of the artisan entrepreneurs, also associated with CNA, at the time of Covid 19. A collective story of the way in which artisans and businesses have gone through the crisis.
