Due fotografi dai terreni di esplorazione geograficamente distanti l’uno dall’altro vengono accostati in maniera ardita eppure inevitabile. Due serie fotografiche differenti, due titoli che nulla hanno a che spartire l’uno con l’altro, eppure…c’è malinconia e semplificazione dello sguardo che accomuna i due fotografi Gabriele Lopez e Vittore Buzzi. C’è la necessità di scavare la quotidianità, di fermare e fermarsi sul reale, ovunque esso sia. Entrambi vogliono valorizzare lo spazio e la libertà d’azione dell’autonomia umana in esso costretta.

Two photographers from geographically distant lands of exploration are put together boldly yet somehow unavoidably. Two different photographic series, two titles that have nothing to do with each other, yet … there is a melancholy and a simplification of the gaze that unites the two photographers Gabriele Lopez and Vittore Buzzi. There is a need to dig into daily life, to stop and focus on the real, wherever it is. Both want to enhance space, and the freedom of action of human autonomy constrained within it.
